Request account and data deletion
This page can be used by Disctilldawn Client Portal and Disctilldawn Crew app users, including people who no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.
Send your request
Use the email address registered to your portal account and include your name and event date, if applicable. This lets us verify the request without asking you to send a password or payment information.
Email the deletion requestIf the button does not open your email app, write to info@disctilldawn.co.uk with the subject “Account and data deletion request”. Never send your password, card details or bank security information.
What happens next
We will verify that the request relates to you, confirm what will be deleted and complete the request within a reasonable period. Your active portal access, authentication data, messages, planning information and other data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.
Some booking, contract, invoice, transaction or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. Any such information will be restricted to that purpose and the reason for retention will be explained when we confirm your request.
